How We Deliver Your Furniture
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. All shipments are fully insured. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors like weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $5,000 within the continental United States. This includes standard ground shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $5,000, a flat rate of $99 applies. Expected delivery: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee (starting at $199, depending on location and item size). Expected delivery: 2-5 business days. Contact us for a quote.
- International Shipping: We ship to Canada and select countries. Rates start at $299 and vary by location. Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Delivery time: 10-21 business days.
- White-Glove Delivery: For an additional $199 (free on orders over $10,000), we offer in-home delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging. Available in major metropolitan areas.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
- Damaged or Lost Items: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Note: Large items may require special handling and could take longer to ship. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. For bulk orders or special requests, please contact us.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If not, we're here to make it right. Please read the conditions below to understand our return process.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 45 days.
- Condition for Return: Products must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method. For defective items or our error, we cover the cost.
- Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
- Exchanges: Available for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, clearance/sale items, mattresses, pillows, and used products are non-returnable. All sales on these items are final.
- How to Return: 1. Contact us at richfurnitureinc@gmail.com with your order number and reason. 2. We'll provide a return authorization and label if applicable. 3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. 4. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns to cover handling costs.
- Warranty: All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranties are available for purchase.
Note: Returns without authorization will not be accepted. If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for a free replacement. We do not accept returns on international orders.
